My Coaching Background:

 

I have coached youth hockey at Webster for 6 years, at the house, select and travael levels.  I am USA hockey certified at Level 3. I have played hockey myself for 30 years.

 

Coaching Philosophy – Create a positive and fun environment where players can improve individually and collectively.  Our focus will be on player development, including individual and team skills’ development, as well as sportsmanship and character development, with an emphasis on team work.

 

The program will be fast paced with a heavy emphasis on player development focused on building a competitive team.  Everything that we teach and do will work towards the team concept.
